Drilling Supervisor (Tool Pusher)

Position Overview
Oversee daily rig site operations, crew safety, and operational performance on Murban land and offshore drilling rigs. Ensure full compliance with operator well programs, safety policies, and preventive maintenance standards.
Requirements & Key Qualifications
• 10+ years drilling rig experience with at least 4 years as Tool Pusher.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control certification.
• Strong leadership, HSE incident management, and operational problem-solving skills.
